One of the quick fixes is to sell off smaller post offices, put the cash in the bank, then rent out a place - where this can often go wrong is when someone looks at a pile of money a makes a plan

Part of the problem regarding efficiency (at our local Post Office anyway) is that the Post Bank customers hold up the normal postal queue instead of being served seperately. Also, during the busiest times more than half the tellers are out on lunch
