We tested the Post Office's parcel delivery — and the results were shocking

MyBroadband has been waiting for a parcel sent from Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) to Centurion for eight months (238 calendar days, 163 working days), and it finally arrived — back at the sender’s address.

The parcel contained a GPS tracker and was sent with the Post Office’s ordinary mail service.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

They probably stumbled upon a previous article about this, went looking for it, and sent it back.

At least someone somewhere at sapo is still working sometimes. That's a plus I guess?

You really found that shocking? It's the post office.
If you told me it took 20 years, got routed through Mongolia and was hand delivered by Attila the Hun himself, I still wouldn't be shocked. Because you know. Post office gonna post office.

Now if it had arrived on time that would be shocking.

Having something I ordered being delivered via post to this country, with a month (just 1 month) delay from the intended eta, and the sender apparently sending a second one, via the same route after I warned them... sigh.
