It was at the bottom of the pile, hence it would have been work to steal it and that just doesn't happen at the post office.The only shocking thing is that the parcel wasn't stolen.
It's good that your test confirmed what we as users or now non-users of SAPO long know. It's of course not surprise thar the entity needs funds which I guess will be lost as soon as Treasury paid it to them. My view let this mismanaged, ineffective and inefficient entity just die. The parcel contained a GPS tracker and was sent with the Post Office’s ordinary mail service.
I'm impressed that the parcel did not go "missing" or was nicked. BTW this is the same Post Office that wishes to become the sole courier company to be allowed to deliver parcels up to 1kg.
