I hope the post office gets absolutely fkced by a lawsuit.

I suspect the reason SAPO are targeting postnet specifically, and not the others, is because postnet provide a postal address.
Postnet is basically a privatised SAPO which actually works. SAPO should've closed all their branches and bought Postnet and sat back and relaxed.

Ja, well, no, fine - my parcel from South Korea, 2x CJB Shavettes, was collected today. Slip was delivered and I picked it up. Package was undamaged. But the slip that was delivered to me today, had a date stamp of 20/02/2020, so 6 weeks from South Korea to Bloemfontein. 3 months from the local post office to me.

Damn wonder they had not returned the package, yet, or was that too much like hard work?

Post office dont have money to deliver post but they can go to court over trivial things , this is the state of RSA.
