Power Tab 10 and Smart Tab 2

I've been searching on more info on these two, can't seem to find a discussion on them.

I'd like to know if they're locked to Vodacom's network, or would a Telkom SIM card also work on them?

Also, anybody that used them, got some feedback...yay or nay?

I just need something in that price range to replace my daughters Lenovo A3000 (with voice). She cracked the screen and ****ed up the charging port. Telkom doesn't have anything good at the moment.

I have the Power Tab 10 . Bought it outright and using a Telkom Sim in it with no problems.
