Ah well, too bad.Hi
Unfortunately the 5102x does not support this function. Only bridge or routing mode can be selected. Sorry....![]()
Can the 7202g do this? How would I set this up?I just want to know, does the Billion 5102 have PPPoE Relay feature, where the router creates it's own connection to an ISP and I can still connect to a sperate ISP using PPPoE from my computer, like the 7202G?
When you have your router setup normally (where it creates the ISP connection), go to Configuration > WAN > ISP. Then at "Main WAN Connection" click edit. Then at the bottom there's a check box to enable PPPoE Relay. Can the 7202g do this? How would I set this up?

yepHey nGAGEd, just to take this a step further, once you have set up the PPPoE relay, I would then set up a PPPoE connection on a PC on the network. This PC will then route via its dial up PPPoE connection, while the rest of the network will route via the routers connection. Is this correct??
There's a way to make it even easier.Damn, it seems to be working. My one PC is using my saix account and my other is routing the IS account. Now I don't have to change the setting in the router each time I want to hit the news servers. Yahoo.
npThanks nGAGEd
Will give it a try.
