Praise be to Vodacom

I would like to thank Brad and the Vodacom folks in Durbs for attending to my wireless Broadband issue.

I live in an area with very bad signal (Umdloti). It's so bad you can't make a phone call that will either drop or have very bad audio. GPRS also does not connect.

I got in contact with Vodacom through this forum. Brad came to my site and he's going to get better signal in the area if he can get past a few obstacles.

These guys are brilliant. I had similiar problems when living in Mandini and he and the team in DBN sorted me out. It was amazing to deal with them and I am hoping to do so again in the near future. The guys down here have an amazing attitude and believe in solving problems!

Brad & his guys got our tower 3G enabled in the timeframe promised (Bishopstowe, PMB - September) and kept me in the loop at all times ...

The DBN guys are just brilliant.... I was incredibly impressed and loved dealing with them when I had a problem a while ago....

Its so nice to see guys in a big corporate that actually still care about the little people out there..

Three cheers for Brad!!!!!!!!! thanks to his adjustments to the antenna in port edward im now browsing with 3G in my back garden (better than nothing) whereas i couldnt before!! Big ups to Brad and the Vodacom Team in Durbs!!!
