Somebody kindly assist, I have this keypad for my prepaid meter, I tried to check if my meter has been updated using the code 1844 6744 0738 4377 2416, it only displays "accepted", not 1 or 2 values as per instructions found on the internet.

1. How do I check current version?
2. How do I get the codes to upgrade if not upgraded?

Customers can enter the code 1844 6744 0738 4377 2416 on their prepaid electricity meter’s keypad to view their status. The screen will display the number 1 or 2, and in some cases, it may also display letters alongside the KRN number.

If the meter displays the number 1, it is still on KRN 1 and must be recoded to KRN 2.
 
If that doesnt work then I dunno

Buy a physical voucher from any vendor, the slip will tell you if your meter is on KRN1 or KRN2.

I think the code is conlog specific
