Prepaid Electricity - How do I find the meter number

I have just moved in a new house and I lost the card with the meter number. There is Landis+Gyr PLC CIU Mk3 interface unit.

I called City Power and they tell me that I need a card or an old slip.

The previous tenant didn't leave anyslip. Please help on how do I to proceed to get the meter number?

Isn't there a number printed on it?

i024 give you the first two digits of the meter number and the last digit.

i000 gives you the rest of the meter number
The meter number is 11 digits if there are too few digits add a zero to the begining of the i000 number.

Try adding 0's before your number. Try buying a small nominal rand amount to test.
