Prepare for regular stage 6 blackouts in South Africa

This articles title is very distasteful. If it isn't confirmed by Eskom that Stage 6 Load Shedding will happen regularly don't create an article with the title "Get ready for regular stage 6 blackouts in South Africa". Be more descriptive, say its a analyst prediction instead of letting reader assume that Eskom has said Stage 6 load shedding is a thing. I don't have time to read articles all the time, I'll just skim over title like majority of users out there, this title gives a very bad impression of doom and gloom for no reason.

Can one hold staffwriter/mybb accountable for fear-mongering/sensationalism if proven otherwise?

Eskom will prove you wrong and the writer correct within a few weeks.

Will keep this in mind while sitting in the darkness of stage 6 load shedding.

And when Stage 6 doesn't happen "regularly" we will just pretend that all is well and that the predictions were not made that Stage 6 Load Shedding is going to happen regularly?

Why, do you think people don't need time and notice to prepare?
Do you think that people skimming over article titles (commonly referred to as headlines in this case) will know this is just an analysts prediction by just reading this headline?
