Energy experts warn that South Africans should prepare themselves for regular blackouts and stage 6 load-shedding because of continued problems at Eskom.

I'm bearish as anyone on Eskom but I agree with @Genisys.

This article is more innuendo than facts. They use the unplanned outage figure from January 4 and although still high, it has come down from that figure quite significantly.
