Mugabe says SADC does not have the balls to cut him off.
After a decade or so of absolute cronyism with not so much as a reprimand from SADC, it seems he may well be right.

I don't think that SADC doesn't have the balls. I think, that they rather don't want to. He was their best friend for the last how many years, and why do something like that to a friend?
