It's very hit&miss. I usually walk out with nothing, but one of my favorite shirts and jerseys came from there and have lasted very well. Got them dirt cheap too.

God, I've got to go with the husband tomorrow to buy clothes..I will mention the fact that it's so painful I would rather stay home and gargle jeyes fluid..I already know how this is going to pan out. He will spend 1 hour walking around woolies/edgars/mr price complaining about the price/bad cut and/or quality of everything and then in a huff grab a few items off the rails because he has had enough of shopping, get home and I will land up taking 75% of the stuff back and then he will moan and complain in a months time that he has nothing to wear...rinse and repeat.

He can't go by himself? Clothes shopping is tedious with someone else tagging along.

I wish!! Apparently he needs my opinion even though anytime I say something looks nice/suits him..he disagrees.
Sadly, I think he is just old and grumpy :p

I'm not into clothes much, so probably spend 2k a year.... When I start going to work with holes in my clothes, the wife drags me to the store.

I always try and buy sale items, you save big time. Recently got some Guess jeans off BoB for R200, before that Zando had Levis jeans on special for R350 with a free skip liquid thingy.

Well I ended up buying 2 jerseys one Trenery and one Country road. So I guess the sale was good.

The husband came back from the shops with shoes and a really nice winter jacket from mr p sport (R330 so not too bad). Thankfully, I didn't go with as I wasn't feeling well ( not faking for real lol )

I don't know if anyone knows of this site but they have some awesome sales on with name brand stuff.

Have you unpacked clothes from China? Stock for Edcon and TFG as examples are trash quality. Refer to my post in the woolies thread.

As if the fact that I have not unpacked clothes from China make my statement untrue. Nike (among other big brands) clothes are manufactured in China, and other Asian countries. They are of FAR better quality that other crap manufactured there. So it's not bad, just because it says Made in China.

Trenery and Country Road also are China. Makes me wonder just how cheap they cost to make.
