"Things" as in letting the various monarchies in South Africa continue to operate instead of dismantling them?

I don't see a problem really, monarchies are part of many SA cultures, to wreck them would be to damage said cultures, no?

And are paid by the taxpayer. Their people should pay for them. How do you reconcile monarchies within a constitutional democracy in a republic?
