The EFF are rabidly anti king Mswati and have regularly called for mass action in Eswatini to depose the king as they want a democracy in place. However for the Zulu king's coronation the EFF made an exception and resolved not to protest against Mswati who was one of the speakers. The same courtesy was extended to president Ramaphosa who would normally have been booed by the EEF. When it comes to Ramaphosa even ANC KZN members would have booed him but there was strong intervention from the royal family to prevent embarrassing events during the coronation.

They did not protest because they knew it was going to be a massive own goal for them, the Zulus would not have hesitated to give them a good beating for spoiling their day. They might talk a lot of rubbish but somewhere in between they can still think, they know that some things are easy to get away with in Joburg than in KZN.

They are still building a party in KZN, so they are not exactly in a position to throw their weight around.

Yes, it would have been risky for them. But note that there's also huge anti-Ramaphosa sentiment in KZN and especially in the ANC KZN but even that was managed, impressive.

Correct. English is a German language that evolved from Dutch and Norse, both of which evolved from German. It has Celtic and Pict influences too.
That, plus the fact that while its structure is from old german its vocabulary is largely from the romance languages ie. greek, latin, french and italian. There is an awfull lot of french in english, sufficiently changed over the years to the point that it can barely be recognised
Plus a rich smattering of words from every country they colonised.
As recently as WW1 in german pow camps, prisoners who spoke broad scots and their german jailors could still understand each other.
