problem getting a voice conference, Zoom ADSL X5

[:)] Like the connection of my Zoom ADSL X5, but have a problem getting a voice conference or videoconference with my buddies on MSN Messenger or other applications that are related “voice chat specially in gaming”. I’m new on this, is there any configuration that I need to do on my modem X5, [V] help!!! WinXP Pro user [8D]

LOL, another victim. Telkom blocks voice over IP through MSN messenger. you can get video but no voice. one way to achieve this is to use MSN/netmeeting and set up a video link(only video) then get a SKYPE account and use that for your voice feed. long way about it but it works alright. Can't believe telkom has gone to the extent to bar voice communication through MSN messenger!!!

Voice works well with Skype.

VOIP is not blocked! Use it on a weekly basis. [:)]

MSN Messenger and the like's do not like Internet Connection Sharing, which might be the reason it seems blocked...
