problem with cell c network [international calls]

from two days i can not make international call to my Family in (Saudi Arabia) try to contact CELL many time but no solution , wonder if some one face same problem (CALL FAILED , CALL CAN NOT BE CONNECTED )

How can it be possible that I am able to make a call to my parents back home before 2 days and get a call fail notification for the next 10 attempts? Suddenly, the 11th attempt will work and then the next 50 attempts are in vain again. The same bloody number, on the same bloody day!

3 weeks now but still no answer
