Problem with Telkom Mobile website

I just noticed this evening, that the TM website is no longer giving online balances. It used to work really well, but something has gone awry.

At first I thought it might only affect my Apple safari browser, so I went onto Windows 7 with MS Explorer, and it does the same thing there too. In the past all you needed to do was click on "self service login" - "on network" - click to proceed. The software would know your account details through the connection, and would give the balances.
It no longer does this...anyone checked on Chrome ? Is it just me ?

Sorry, please ignore this thread - by some strange incidence I had put a Cell C data SIM in to my regular TM modem/router, rather than one of my 10 GB TM SIM cards. No wonder why it wouldn't login to give me my balances while on the TM website. All working fine now that I have a TM SIM in the modem/router.
