Problems connecting to IBURST network !!!!

Hi, I'm having a big big issue connecting to the iBURST network.
I think i dial to the Auckland Park, CBD, base station not to sure.

When i dial to the IBURST network.
The dial up just hangs.
I've to some times wait like 5 dial up to the network in order to kick in and be connected to the IBURST network anyone having the same problem.
