I'm on 011465, been down since saturday night. Monday evening, still down. Telkom answers phone after 35 mins, we are experiencing network problems, dont know when service will be back up. Screw you Telskum!

well apparanly the 011234 exchange is being sorted today, so will see what I get when I get home! Strange that we all went down at similar times, I wonder if it was related to the new IP ranges? That will be easy to tell later as well ...

I live in Sunninghill JHB, Have had this problem since Wednesday last week. Only got sorted out late sunday night. A tech guy from Telkom told me there were a number of people with the same problem, but the support staff know nothing about it, they told me to get a new modem, which I did... so I now have 2 working modems!
PS: Im also on a 234xxxx number.

Well I just received router logs which the router mails out once a day at 17h00, so I must be up and working again!

I now have a 41.243. IP address since my problem was fixed....
