Product Owner’s Assistant (Junior systems analyst)
Hands-on implementer with IT-sense (strong on database) with an interest in application design/implementation.
Assist the Product Owner with
i. Requirement Specification,
ii. Bug-and Feature Testing (QA: Set up Tests, etc.),
iii. Setup Application Environments (Virtual Machines, Installations, etc.),
iv. Basic Database Administration (Restore Databases, etc.),
v. Implementation Support (Re-produce issues found at clients, etc.)
No experience required
Growth Paths (Future Opportunities) include
vi. Working as Systems Analyst on-site at a client
vii. Becoming a Product Owner/Manager
Salary R13K pm cost to company
B.Com, B.Sc or B.Eng degree with IT related subjects as majors, from one of the following universities: UCT, Stellenbosch, Johannesburg, Wits, Pretoria, North West(only Potchefstroom campus), Free State, KZN, Nelson Mandela
Above average results. Guideline is 60% average at university and A or B for Maths HG in matric
