Proline LED TV 916-42 FHD 100

Hi,

Does anyone have advice regarding a Proline LED TV 916-42 FHD 100 which display does not switch on. When the TV is switched on it has a blue flashing light which usually stops flashing after a few seconds. However, the light just continues to flash now and the display does not come on as usual.

Any help would be appreciated.

Our 10 year old 50" Sony LCD did this back in November 2016. The power supply is integrated but if you have one you can change at the back, try that then report back here.

After sending it in for repairs, they said it can't be fixed, the power board? is gone. We are saving and going to get a new set once the new models hit the market.

If you don't come right, insurance claim only way if you have it covered .
