Amazing how we used to have reverends, now we just have self-appointed prophets.
pop-up pastor
That is a strange statement on its own, how does kindness and love look like?I don't understand how anyone can look at that man and think he is a man of God. There is nothing of kindness or love in his face.
People are sheep, they don't want kindness or love. They want a leader.I don't understand how anyone can look at that man and think he is a man of God. There is nothing of kindness or love in his face.
Kinda surprising how these pop-up pastors haven't adopted Pope, Patriarch or Saint yet.

oh honestly you don't know? Shame. That is a strange statement on its own, how does kindness and love look like?
Noooooooo I would never have guessed. He's lying throughout the interview. People do have to pay to gain seats that afford them an opportunity to meet with him at his church.
Scores of Shepherd Bushiri’s congregants handed over millions after the ‘prophet’ promised them huge and fast returns on their money
Self-proclaimed prophet Shepherd Bushiri has allegedly fleeced scores of followers out of millions of rands through a failed “commodity investment opportunity”.
Emails and other documents obtained by City Press show that investors were promised a 50% return within 30 banking days of placing their investments of between R100 000 and R1 million.
People with between R100k and R1m willing to hand it over for a 50% return within 30 business days, deserve to lose their money. I see nothing wrong with it. Hi rewards = hi risk. Completely scammy rewards = obvious scam.A bit more than your average crook: https://city-press.news24.com/News/...iri-conned-investors-out-of-millions-20190225

If you are a person of substandard intelligence with R100k laying around, this is just the natural way in which the market restores order and keep those who are supposed to be poor, poor.
Some people borrowed money or sold their houses to 'invest'. The gullible deserve some protection by the state.
Yup...
There needs to be some protection, but at the same time the state musn't bail them out completely... they need to feel a bit of pain for their decisions.
Some will probably blame the state.
