I can't be bothered with t20 but I love test cricket. But it shouldn't be a case of the toss being the biggest aspect of the game.And they say the same about fast SA and Aus tracks. A good side must be able to perform on any track. It doesn't kill cricket - it gives it versatility to test both batsmen and bowlers and THAT is why it is called a test. You would probably be happy if test tracks consist of international regulated astro turf.
EDIT: Fortunately for you there is T20 and one day games
