Johnson to Steyn, OUT, gone, Steyn is run out! He punched the ball down to mid-off and took off to give strike to Faf, but the ball reached Smith in no time and he struck the stumps with a direct hit and so much power that one of them broke!
DW Steyn run out 5 (10b 1x4 0x6) SR: 50.00

Dale? How about blaming the guys who are there to bat? McLaren & Miller, hopeless again as usual.

Dale failed hopelessly in both departments today. Bowled loosely in the last overs and failed to bat! ;)

O gote konig se skuld. Dale maybe cost us the match today!

I. Beg. Your. Fekken. Pardon!
If you want to single out someone then look at ZCFOutkast! I had a good run until you guys started messing with the jinx and he was the worst. So take that back... Take it back I say

Besides, ABCpt pretty much admitted that it is his fault.

We need to be careful in our next match vs Zim. Apart from Faf, they all need a swift klap

I'm glad Faf proved me wrong, he has shown his worth on a few occasions now and i'll admit i was wrong about him.

Now only if Miller can do the same, our tail is to long for a mediocre middle order.

*Sorry Mercurial, im very afrikaans ;-)

Well I did say Faf would anchor this innings which he did, except the rest of the guys around him didn't want to stay anchored it seems.

I'm putting downs a few Randelas for that one.

Farhaan&Bavuma can't be worse than Miller seriously now! Bowling alone can't keep JP in the side now can it? Come 2015CWC, Phangiso will be our lead spinner, we won't need more than one in AUS/NZ so I'm betting Tahir will sit out. Morkel is smashed at will, same goes for Parnell&Marchant. McLaren's batting will NEVER compensate for the amount of runs he leaks. Face it, the team needs Philander&Tsotsobe. I stand by the belief Tsotsobe is th ebest new ball bowler in this country - in any format of the game. VP, DS&MM have been wasting it several times over the last couple of seasons. People are too loyal to notice it. Shezi is my dark horse,. I love what I've seen of him.

XI: Amla, QdK(wk), Faf, AB(c), JP, Bavuma, Philander, Steyn, Phangiso, Tsotsobe, Shezi.

On all seriousness, not much has changed since isolation. The TEAM needs to perform in games like these. The Aussies showed their class again (quit yelling at me, I don't like them either). We can't afford to dovetail against them. We need 100% performance in these kind of games. And "choking" does come to mind. Look at the top order - only Faf can be mentioned. In the batting department, there was a massive failure. But the bowlers is just as much guilty - the No 1 bowler in the world gets banged all over the show. Overall, this pitch had no more than 240 runs in it, but Aus was gifted with bad bowling

I'm a firm believer of admitting when you made a mistake, so I'll take the blame for today. Apologies to our team. I will also stay out of this thread when a jinx might be in action.
