Yup, sending him in has made no sense.
At 2 off 19 it doesn't. If he's 30 off 26 though....?

Well maybe but its not like hes the only one that can score 30 off 26, AB is quite capable of that.
Who knows what the motivation is?
Maybe they want to give Parnell an opportunity to cement himself in the lineup as a genuine all rounder? Maybe AB is feeling a bit tender?
Parnell, a massively failed experiment?![]()
Well on the face of it, it was a retarded idea.
6 off 24 balls
AB has a propensity for such lately, be it running himself out or bringing himself on to bowl.Well on the face of it, it was a retarded idea.

Sorry boet, stopped reading here.proves my argument that Ab(&Michael Clarke) is not a great bastman.
WHile I'm on ABdV, what has happened with Faf proves my argument that Ab(&Michael Clarke) is not a great bastman.
AB failed miserably as an opener, has been afraid to go up the order with dozens taking turns to make up excuses why he doesn't bat at 3 in all formats.
A supposedly inferior batsman(Faf) has grapped the bull by the scruff of its neck and thrived. Would AB have thrived? No. Should you be considered the best while batting in area where Mathews, Steve Smith&Joe Root are all world beaters? No! (bearing in mind Ballance is succeedign where Root failed).
I think AB is concidered the best becaus ein the modern game he's consistent in all formats simultaneously. But can't be among the best 30 batsmen of all time.

Your argument is weak.
In both cases.
