Just a thought, wont Parnell be a better number 7 than Behardien?

They're playing for the same slot so whenever one plays well, we'll always think of it's a better idea to play him. Either could play well or have a bad day though...they're not consistently good with bat or ball.

Behardien is supposedly better than Parnell with the bat, but this far in ODI's they are pretty equal in that department.
The big difference is bowling, Parnell is a far better bowler than Behardien, he brings a certain X-factor the team sometimes needs. Ag i dont know, just a thought.

But Behardien looks a far sharper fielder. And we know he has far more potential as a batter, just waiting for him realize some of that...

Parnell showing tonight what he can do. So frustrating that he is so inconsistent.

Economical and getting wickets. Our B side bowling line up seems to holding its own. Have to concede that they had a massive advantage of a massive total to defend.

Parnell got a finger on that. So it's a drop-catch.

On that basis he should be dropped, together with AB and Amla. AB didn't even score any runs today, and Amla hasn't taken a single bloody wicket.
