Simplest would be BitTorrent protocol using Azureus, you can't use proxies with all p2p, for instance emule type p2p will give you a low priority if they detect an open proxy.
I don't think you'll have much luck, proxies are a sticky topic, if you know how to find good ones you'll be fine but since you're even asking the question here I think for you it will be a labourious task and you'll spend more time finding proxies than you will downloading with them.

Pick two: Fast, Free, Reliable
That about sums it up, what you're looking for is a fast and free proxy.. but I guarantee even if you find one it will go down within minutes of discovery.
