PS3 cant connect to PSN

Hello from Friday night I cant connect to the PSN.

First I got this ERROR-80710B23

I have a Telkom ADSL Account. I changed my DNS from Google to Telkom and back again.

Starting this morning I'm getting this Error 80710092.

And doing a http://speedtest.mybroadband.co.za/ international Test, it takes about 5 minutes to start then getting about 0.44mb down.

Is any one ells getting this
