oh btw, sorry to derail the poop flinging. as you were, carry on.
Don't worry we all the same :D
Just ordered another next gen controller for the PS5, that's the dual sense one - which is next gen. Have I mentioned that the controller is next gen for the PS5?
The only console with a next gen controller, the PS5 that is, except if the usb-c and a new grip qualifies for a next gen controller?

Just being facetious, but I'd hate have to wait for an extra one, anyway, still looking forward to play a next gen title on a next gen console (new ui et al) with my next gen controller ;-)

i posted that a month ago, before the ps5 was launched, iirc there was a fair amount of banter and that's some digging you did there. are you bored?

my 2c, ms borked their first few months with the xbox - the titles aren't ready and their gdk unpolished. these things will change over time, obviously.
i do find it an atrocity that xboxers pay the same premium ps'ers do and didn't get a snazzy new controller, that outright sucks. we're all gamers afterall.
i have said it before, i'm sure you found the post, i'll get the series x to complement the ps5 and overall gaming experience, i've also said that i have a feeling that the series x price will drop in the not so distant future.
although right now i am leaning towards a pc instead of the xbox, steam, game pass etc. enticing stuff (and i'm personally much better at gaming with a keyboard and mouse)

No not bored, Its called IQ. I remembered when I saw the post I was surprised as you normally dont do the troll post. Then I realized that it is Xbox launch and guys posting about their Xboxes made you a bit salty as you still have to wait for your PS5, and its just a bit of frustration.

So yesterday just to show everyone sling mud, I just remembered you did at Xbox launch date, so took me a minute to go to posts of 10 Nov and find your poop flinging :p

didn't the xbox launch on the 12th? i cant recall, not that it matters, but we had some banter back and forth at the time, i dont think i've said anything negative about the xbox since launch. tbh, i didn't follow the xbox launch, but you're right it did suck to wait that extra week

at the end of the day it's cool to see how different approaches result in similar-ish experiences, but it's really too early to call which one system better than the other. i for one am still bleak at that box stating 8k and the storage slot not enabled yet, not to mention vrr ( is it vrr that isn't on yet? again i cant recall, something something that we can't switch on that the xbox can) i'd also would like to have the option to change display settings like what the xbox has. it's not a showstopper, just an irritation.

I'm very interested to see if full dual sense support comes to PC
I really hope it does but I doubt it ever will, just like with HD rumble on the switch controller not being supported on steam and it's probably more up to the developers themselves. It would be very likely if Sony decides to launch their own PC launcher for exclusives with duelsense support as they have said more are coming to PC so I'm hopeful.

They have a partnership with Epic, I think Sony bought 1% of Epic also

More Xbox Exclusives announced.
Flight Simulator only launching in the "Summer" so anywhere between June to August :(

Looks like if you've got R15k to drop you can get a PS5 from incredible connection. Anyone else stocking right now? It's almost Christmas...

And here I thought scalping was frowned upon....
