Zzzz. 2k off the retail price on black Friday was a no brainer. I can afford to make impulse buys like that, don't be salty about it.

But don't stress, in a few years time I'm sure you'll be able to pick up a bargain at Cash Crusaders for your daughter to play Fortnite on. The trailer is not going to pay for itself so you have to live within your budget, we understand...

Listen Xbox fanboy. We had a IQ study posted here so I will excuse your ignorance.
My little girl play maybe 1hour a week Fortnite and a game or two Fall guys, her Ps4 pro is more than enough for that. So yes she will probably only get a PS5 at Cash Crusaders in a few years on laybyo_O.
But for a man who's best friend is his Xbox and second best friend his right hand I know its hard to understand, but I have a son also, who play a lot more games, so he will probably get a PS5 next year.
We understand windpomp

Yes that is exactly what I don't want my kids to be. But I knew you would not understand, as they say, you cant buy class. We had the IQ study posted here after all.
Its like our first house we bought just after we finished studying. Townhouse for about 200k those years, me and the wife was still driving our old f upped student cars, but our neighbor was older and driving a fancy SUV that probably cost double his townhouse. I just could not understand how you can obviously afford such a expensive car but buy a cheap house. Then I remembered some people care what others think and their shiny car(console) is an extension of their (lack off) personality.
But I see this every day as I work at people houses. Small flat they rent with almost no furniture, duvets covering the windows, but the 60" 4k tv is there.
But whatever floats your boat. I wanted to say don't worry you will mature one day, but from experience I know some people never.

PS Mods, before you get itchy, please just read who started the personal attacks here. I don't report their posts as I could not care less, but I know here are people floating around that want to give, but cant take.
How is damduiker an insult?

Those are extreme examples you give.

I have mentioned before how some people don't even realize what they doing
So you don't think saying " I would rather use my grandpa's old furniture than use my Xbox money" is not an extreme example of immaturity?

After reading many of your post on this and other threads, we all know you a bit slow.
Nowhere have I said that you started the attacks/insults.

I won’t argue, I have actual mental health issues. I also have 2 degrees and qualified to do psychometric testing (like IQ tests ) so I think I’m doing okay.

Call that a flex. My name is blurry face, and I care what you think.

No. My grandpa’s furniture are all coveted antiques and I’d never replace any of it with cheap particle board stuff to impress my tasteless guests who think ikea furniture is good. Those are the kinds of people who think PlayStation is good and who pay extra to have a name brand printed on their tees.

Sorry will not insult you again. You may insult me as I don't care what you or anyone think. I only mentioned the insult so mods don't get trigger happy as I did not start it.
If I was a guy that had to buy a new gen console now for bragging rights, then I would also mention my "degree(s)". (you would probably then understand my buying, what and when, options) But hey I dont need to brag on the internet, I leave the lucky packet theories for Hoaxbig

Please don't start insulting your own club's fanboys. Hoaxbig is obviously a big fan of Decofurn.

Looking at the price of next gen console games... they are smoking crack. Borderline criminal.
I have an Xbox now and tbh the pricing isn't as bad as I thought. I forked out for 3 years Gamepass Ultimate and I have loads of stuff to play to start with. If you take Star Wars: Squadrons which is fairly new and on special at the moment as an example, R390 on Steam, and R390 on Xbox (but that's with Gold - which I have because of gamepass).

It's not bad if you wait for specials and don't buy new games at full price.

Oh yeah although I bought FIFA for R539 and Spiderman for R670 on PS5... I guess if you look for the deals you'll find them. Same goes for Steam/Epic Games

Games are expensive lol, Game Pass is dope tho I just wish I could get used to my series x remote... I'm ending up playing my games on PC more than my Xbox :--(
