How do you see that happening? It's not her report, unlike the farm animals. The report will probably go the same way as her farm animals.

Only god can remove her, and he is not in Parliament, as far as I knowI doubt there's a chance the report will be in any way positive about her, so it's should now be a question of if parliament can agree to remove her.
I am fully behind you man, give it a try.interesting... If this is how "educated and QUALIFIED persons" think (MP's and directors of public institutions... then i guess we can all apply to Deputy director and director roles. even lie about it cause nothing gets done - more encouraged

Honest and intelligent people like you don't stand a chance unfortunately. We rule now. Get used to it.interesting... Difficult getting used to your levels of stupidity and incompetence though...Honest and intelligent people like you don't stand a chance unfortunately. We rule now. Get used to it.
Probably to ensure Mkhwebane doesn't run off back to court to claim parliament is biased against her. This way it is an independent decision, free of political interference. They only considered the evidence. The politics will come later at the vote.A little OT here. Why do we need "feasibility study" or "panel" or "task force" or whatever group to decide what people in charge should already know what to do? Are these just thinly disguised money vacuums?
What would you suggest as a suitable alternative process ? Jail/Fire people based on what you heard?A little OT here. There were extremely valid concerns prior to appointment. What would you suggest as a suitable alternative process ? Jail/Fire people based on what you heard?

... and we got a Political Protector, bugger the Public.Unfortunately our constitution makes it very hard to fire some people, for many good reasons. This makes it extra important that they are subject to proper scrutiny, before being appointed. In this case the signs were clear, but were ignored in the blatant pursuit of factional power.
What constitute an extremely valid concern?
The concerns I mention would only constitute a concern to those who sought an independent non-political appointee selected on merit alone to fill the role of public protector. It would therefore fall well outside your area of concern. What constitute an extremely valid concern?
What courtroom experience did Madonsela have before being appointed PP?1. Zero track record of appearances in any courtroom.
2. Large unexplained gaps in CV.
The nomination process was rigged, so that better candidates were eliminated, and she was the best of a bad bunch:

Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane nominated as public protector candidate
There was unanimous agreement by the ad hoc committee tasked with appointing the next public protector that Mkhwebane was well suited for the post.mg.co.za
