Jail. Send this corrupt stooge to jail. Forever. It sickens me to the core to read how these people abuse power and rob the state coffers, our money, for their own personal benefit.

I just knew this evil dictator will remove people will-nilly without any regard for the law. Anything to divert attention from his mattress millions. Gupta arrests, suspend PP. What next I wonder. I bet he is gonna cancel e-tolls now.
RE his mattress millions...
There has never been any hint that they were not his own cash, unlike all the stolen millions in dirty money swirling around the members of the ANC National Executive Committee.
It's possible the the cash should have been declared but, on the ANC scale of criminal behaviour, the non declaration is trivial.

If God is the only one who can remove her from office, it's time to let her follow Jessie Duarte.

It's not a big deal but Dali is going to make a meal out of it, annoying that the MP do not have foresight of these things.

To be fair, most of the MPs hold some kind of bias for or against Mkhwebane and should therefore also not be party to the inquiry, but would be allowed to vote in some predetermined manner.

I suspect this is the only time the ANC won't instruct their MPs to vote to orders. The EFF will vote to orders as will the DA. That's of the big parties.

Tho witness was very cheeky as an employee.

The day after he requested Mkhwebane resign, Samuel says he was blocked from accessing his work emails.

The letter's heading was: "FRIENDLY REQUEST TO RESIGN"

Disciplinary charges came a few days later and he was suspended.

This saga is dragging on way too long, but delicious irony to see Dali Mpofu making a fool of himself:

So, the PP lied (what's new?) about not knowing Samuel and her lawyer used that lie to attack a witness. Curious that Dali isn't countering any of the evidence but just goes after the witnesses instead of the evidence. Even his side kick is continuing the vein.

Dali and Mkhwebane are worthy contenders for the Mampara of the week award, I don't see anyone eclipsing their performance.

He doesn't care.... getting paid for each appearance and we are paying him.
Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together thinks he is a poephol, but his target clients lap up his performances

Mpofu's request to subpoena Ramaphosa to Mkhwebane's impeachment declined

President Cyril Ramaphosa will not be called to appear before the Section 194 Committee handling Public Protector Busisiwe Makhwebane's impeachment.

"Members have spoken, we are not asking the chair to subpoena the president," committee chairperson Qubudile Dyantyi said at the committee's meeting on Tuesday.

The committee received a legal opinion that Ramaphosa should only be called if his testimony is relevant.

Just an opinion.
