What I find EXTREMELY frustrating is the actual Courier Guy Offices. They are EXTREMELY slow. They sometimes only have 1 person doing everything. Answering phone. Seeing to email. Looking for Parcel. Trying to assist walk in customer. MANUALLY fill in information form. They don't always use tracking numbers. They are over stressed. And they are SUPER SLOW. They have a different system to complete information for Pudo in the local branch and online. They have different pricing as well for online and in the branch.

They also get Pudo packages mixed up because they don't use a proper tracking number and don't always read the names properly or it is so badly written on the packages you just guess. Had to return a couple of packages due to completely wrong item, which belonged to someone else who is currently looking for it.

I hate going in to Courier Guy because I know it is going to be a tedious exercise.


Their internal system makes ZERO sense.
