Purchasing a second 5GB (promo) SIM

OK, so I'm convinced now that I'll never be able to get away with only 5GB of bandwidth p/m...much to Cell C's delight, I'm sure!

I've tried. I've really tried...

So I was wondering, instead of buying R400 3GB bundles it would obviously make more sense to just buy a second 5GB SIM and pay for it up front. Does anyone know whether this is possible (i.e., without having to purchase a second modem as well)?

This reminds me, my data ends in November this year. Hopefully the Sim promotion is still available by then.

I just pop a new R1999 sim card in my modem and I have another 5GBs per month for another year...Thanks Cell C!

why not just get Uncapped ADSL, 120gig/anm for R5000! thats crazy pricey- if you think about it

Believe me, I would have loved to do exactly that but since Telkom seems unable/unwilling to provide me with anything that even remotely resembles a stable line, I finally just gave up complaining about it and got myself some whoooosh. Good riddance, too.
