Pure sine-wave UPS?

If they do not say it is pure sine wave , it is not .
Modified sine wave much cheaper than sine wave to manufacture .

If it don't say Pure Sine Wave - it isn't.

If you just running a laptop and TV, then a 500W PSW inverter with a solar battery backup will do fine. Anything bigger (2kW +) it is just less effort to get a generator and run it outside.

Pure sine wave is a waste on almost anything with a switch mode supply (including laptops).
