Why exactly is the SAHRC wasting time and resources on an area that should be the remit of the Dept of Education and the civic groups around that?

because they DOE is slacking.

For some reason our school is still not serving lunch for the kids, which they did before the pandemic.... i'd love to know when they are brining that back.

I get that the DOE is slacking.. but its not like the SAHRC can actually make any meaningful impact here other than waste time and resources releasing a "report"...

Its totally outside of their scope to actually do anything.

For a school that has 60+ learners in a class I wonder if rotation does not work better anyways? At least every second day or week is some focused teaching.

I tend to agree, seems SAHRC has a lot of free time
