I would at least look for 4th gen i7 as a minimum, i5s really battle with newer titles.

I would at least look for 4th gen i7 as a minimum, i5s really battle with newer titles.
I have build my nephew's pc from hand me downs and he plays titles like Warzone & Battlefield etc @720p.
i7 2600, 12gb DDR3, AMD7850 2gb and a 120gb SSD for OS.
