Quad9: Pro/cons ?

Hi,

I was wondering if using Quad9 on my personal laptop and tablet could be a good idea.

What pros and cons would you see to it ?

I have tried using it at my offices, had plenty complaints about the first resolve not working and then a refresh would work, definitely (atleast in my experience) as good as OpenDNS / Norton / Level3
