Question about British Airways

1. I booked a BA flight via the Dicovery Vitality/Kulula/ComAir platform. At the time of booking, I selected and confirmed seats.

2. BA cancelled the flight and I had to book a replacement flight, which I did telephonically with ComAir.

3. They said they were unable to help me select seats and that I had to log in to BA's website and select/change seats.

4. I have tried to do so numerous times but I keep getting a message that seats can only be selected at check-in time, but that I can call them and choose seats.

5. I called them and they indicated that due to some website error, they are not able to assist.

6. I would really like seats selected long before departure.

7. Any advice?
