Question about steam game transfer.

To explain things simply:

• I have a steam account.
• My brother also has a steam account.
• He purchased Batman Arkham Knight and downloaded the whole 50GB and is playing it now.
• I also want to purchase it, but I'm not keen on going through the whole 50GB download process.
• We've already backed up his Batman installation files through the steam function to my external harddrive.

Question: Would it be possible for me to buy the game at the current special awesome price of R145.86 and use my brother's installation files, so that I don't have to download the whole damn thing?
