Questions about Drocks

Now i am playing guild Wars Prophices And I Have A Few Questions About It First Of All:

Can i get some one that know's how to get down to Drocks because i have had a lot of people try but always fail and i dont really know the way thier so is thier some one here that knows how to get down thier with out getting kllled like a couple hundred times before they get thier?

Also what would be a good combenation with a Elementalist? I am only a level person but getting up thier. i could use a littel help please.

My advice to you is just follow the main quests and missions. You will get there on your own eventually that way.
 
Yes, you have to pay a runner to go down directly. They have armor and skills you do not have access to yet. Otherwise, follow the story and you will get there soon, as dakeyras said.

Ok i will just like how many missions before i eventually get down would it be then? and Quest? Dose any one know?
 
With your first character it's always advisable to follow the storyline.

Once you've completed an area you can take shortcuts with your next character.

You're just going to ruin the game for yourself otherwise.
 
They have pretty muched nerfed the Droks run and you will end up paying 10k-15k to shortcut there. Best bet is to just do the missions, it is fun and you will eventually get there. Also a low level character at Droks is not exactly what you need.

In regards to your Ele, I would go with Mes for energy management and a few other juicy little skillz.
 
hmm...ran it 2 days ago.. maybe I just had a lucky spawn :D
 
With the new AI mobs chase you for much longer giving you no time to stop, they also increased the amount of enemies including wurms, stone summit and the gave the ice imps mind freeze.

So it is not nerfed just a whole heap harder, hence the cost of the run now but this is nothing new either, lilDeath and Trip I think u just 1337 :D
 
The continuous agro AI were changed in December. They don't follow you that far anymore....
...and IIRC the imps had Mind freeze for quite a while.

Last time I ran it, which was about a good 6 months (??) ago, there were already 5-8 wurms along the way.. has this increased now?

Maybe I must give it a run again... :)
 
hehe, was reading about a dude that decieded to give up after 52 runs :D

Crap :P You got ripped off then ... The going price (1 week ago) was 3-4k . There are still plenty of people leaving from Beacons.

I have had a level 2 at droks :D
 
so eventually you can change the second proffesion when you get to the desert right because i have done the mission to get to LA and have not done Bolaris pass because i have tried and failes misreabley but i have done the bounus now i need the other regular mission which i have no clue where to go at all.

And a mesmer sound like a good Second Profession.
