Well, normally the guys making these websites use fake names and email addresses. The number however, stays quite constant(in most cases).
I'm not sure what type of website this is though, so I'm not sure where you could report it. Although it has characteristics of a phishing website, I wouldn't totally qualify it as one yet. Nevertheless, you've done everyone a favor by just mentioning it on a public forum(like myBB).

Do not send anything to these guys, they are being investigated by SAPS.
