It can....but not always. Also....apparently....the poppers of today aint the good stuff u used to get in the early years. What we have now are crap compared to the original poppers due to the orignila formula being banned .

Sounds dodgy as **** and I don't think becoming reliant on some chinese 'wonder' salve is exactly what the OP is looking for.

Fix the problem, not the symptoms and all that.

I'm sure that is where the problem started by having used something to "treat" the problem and not actually treating the problem. So now its back to penis gym.
