The point being? And how much does De Ruyter get paid?
The point being? And how much does De Ruyter get paid?
He gets a CEO salary which costs less than a broom. And how much does De Ruyter get paid?
Same guys who did Gary’s DSTV installation?BEE increased the price of a broom at Eskom to R280,000 — FF Plus
The FF Plus said affirmative action, black economic empowerment, and putting neighbouring countries power demands before South African interests have brought Eskom to its knees.
Can't be the people, it must be just one or two bad apples..It wasnt BEE that increased the price, that was result of corruption.
Those are quality brooms
Zondo thing still happening?Apparently we don't do that here, they just get suspended with full salary and they get added to the list of corruption probed by the Zondo commission.
this, why would you expect anything otherwise,I'm shocked /s
Yea how many people are prosecuted (and in jail) for corruption ?
That's the thing, there are some honest BBBEE compliant companies, but many are just eating at the trough..Corruption under the guise of BEE. Cadre deployment under the guise of AA. That is the crux of the problem. Not BEE not AA.
There’s more than enough capable BEE companies.
False. The FF is talking out of their behind. The political party said that the power crisis is the direct result of supplying power to neighbouring countries, like Zambia and Zimbabwe, at the expense of South Africa.
False. The FF is talking out of their behind.
Eskom has the data that disproves the FF’s pathetic attempt at misinformation. Again.
13497 GWh of energy sold to international customers
219423 GWh available for distribution.
A bit of simple division shows that international customers accounted for only 6.15% of all electricity consumed. Stop blaming Eskom selling electricity to our neighbours for loadshedding issues. They sound like the conservative protectionist Brexit bunch.
Here’s the annual 2021 report, page 5:

One-use only broom?
This one has a plastic grip with a hook thingy on the end.Wasn't it R235K for the broom in the previous article?
