RAIN 19 hour uncapped sim - cancelling and reactivating later

Hi

I currently have the 19 hour uncapped sim for R250 per month and will not be using the sim for the next two months.
If I click on the "cancel" button on the RAIN dashboard I assume the service will be cancelled.

However, if I want to reactivate the same 19 hour uncapped service two months after cancelling, will I be able to reactivate it on the RAIN dashboard using my current RAIN simcard ?

Or will I need to acquire a new RAIN simcard and do the whole RICA and activation process all over again ?

if you cancel their services, you will not be able to use the same simcard later but if you turn off the service I will be able to turn it on again later when you want to use the service again, cancelling meaning you will have to go through the same process as before to get a new simcard.

no am not but i have experienced that before.

I don't see the above option on the dashboard. Is this option under the MANAGE tab on the dashboard ?

The only option I can see is "cancel" .

go to your manage tab and check there or screen shot what you have to see if its different or not but al dashboards are the same

the package you are on, it's not even available on the rain site as we speak but my guess now is maybe the package u on my affect how you see the dashboard. on your question u said u on the rain unlimited package with package is it? the 250 or 479 or 699 or the higher one?

Just stop paying.. they will deactivate it for u. When u wanna use it again then pay.
