Yes, it drops often. But I have internet from time to time.

Rain sim does not support any calls from what I understand.

yep, correct... However I have full coverage and have been using the Sim for over a year or so

Yes, mine is about the same. My session to work keeps cutting out, requiring authentication over and over again. Not being very productive like this.

Yes when Telkom is praised then you know how bad the competition called Rain really is.

And my telkom is still average speed wise.. But up time has been 100%

Rain is dreaded, paying for uncapped 24/7, can only barely use it between 6pm and 11Pm. any other time and it's off. I'm currently sitting on the edge of my property making use of the school wifi which is oppoisite me.

Is there a downgrade option back to the R250 package.
Scared to upgrade until I know the downgrade path is available and I am not forking out R479 for worse speeds.
I will be in the same boat as you with no school to fall back on.

Do not Upgrade to the 24/7 package the speeds are pathethic and if you want to roll back you will have to wait 30 days ,the biggest mistake i made was to upgrade the R250 package has better speed
