RAIN 5G experience is terrible !

I have Rain 5 G for 2 weeks now .. it has not worked for the last week .. It does not work if there is Loadshedding anywhere in the country .. this is soo frustrating.. they don’t advertise this when you take it out .. WARNING to users .. don’t get RAIN 5 G if want consistent internet connection!!

also their call centers don’t answer and your email queries are not answered.. clearly they are not yet ready to provide a proper service !!

5G is new.. give it some time for them to get their network to function correctly.. but yeah your situation sucks.. hope they can resolve ur problem soon

GL anyway dude....if all else fails move to another ISP,one that you can check speeds, etc beforehand and is avail during LS.

RAIN's ISP service is seriously dodgy. Their customer service even worse. Forget getting any form of useful response or resolution. That's not their business model.

Not everyone is lucky to have fibre in their area
