Wow. Will you be kind enough to let me know what the outcome is?

I've had it for a week.

Speed averages between 10 And 40. Had a burst to between 100 and 180 for a short while and managed to activate. A Technician is coming tomorrow to try and help.

Any feedback?
So I got the router and sim and was getting no real signal. Chatted to the support guys on live chat to try and resolve, but to no avail. So they scheduled tekkies to come out see.

In the end they installed an ODU, getting 300Mbps download with about 30Mbps upload.

They dont install it just give it to you , but there will be a time where this free INU to ODU is going to stop cause of the price and we have seen that you need to get over 80mb to activate the service.

Power back on, hope it lasts.

No, I haven't. To be honest, I have tried the router all the places that are feasible, i.e. where there is a power point, surface to put it on, close to window, etc. So I didn't test in any places where it won't be feasible to put permanently.

I hope I still fall in that free phase  I would be more than happy to receive a stable "constant" 80 or more, but yeah, at the moment it's all over the show.

Wow, is all I can say. Moer of an install, it feels like I have an Exchange set up at my house (in addition, I have two different access points connected with ethernet too). The outdoor unit is on top of a 6m pole next to my house.

Nicest, most helpful people.

This is my speedtest after they left :) This is over WiFi with 16 Devices connected to the network:

ISP: rain
Ping: 20ms
Download: 307.12Mbps
Upload: 32Mbps
Test your speed: http://speedtest.co.za

We got to 430Mbps when nothing else was connected to WiFi

I look like my avatar in real life at the moment!
