Same story, still... I am so gatvol with Rain.

More people should express interest in Vuma in Ninapark so we can get fibre already

I am backing the Vumatel project as far as I can.

After lockdown I am planning walk around awareness campaign house to house in our surrounding streets.

I got the same reply from them - there seems to be nothing wrong with the tower and I am the only person with this issue.

So .... I have started a WhatsApp group for us 5G rain users in Pta North area to share connection information issues.

We are 5 on there already.

We need to add more people in and collectively take rain on - to take us seriously ...

PM me your contact details if you want to be added so we can approach Rain ASAP.

Thanks but I don't have Rain 5G. I do have 2x 'normal' 4G LTE mobile sim cards though (that I'm not really using during lockdown, tbh).

Hi. I am in Pretoria East. and actually my connection has improved quite a bit in the last week or so.. almost doubled. Streaming still seems to be a bit problematic.. but I'm happy for now.

This is my speeds this morning.

Ping: 11ms
Download: 271.25Mbps
Upload: 6.05Mbps

Past 2 days I lost 5G signal after 12 PM, and then it is back in the mornings. Hoping today is different! Rain told me the engineers are working on the problem.
