As you may know I took up the rain 5G offer when it was still on beta. At the time the offer was R1000 each month and R1000 for router, the data would be unlimited and just like the 4G offering it would be month to month, easy. Lately it seems that has changed, the terms and conditions refer to the 5G offer as being 24 months (No mention is made of orders made during black Friday, just blanket statement of ALL 5G to the home). This is concerning as at no point was this mentioned.
The router was bought outright at a discounted price yet the terms and conditions have a provision for returning the router when cancelling early. Has anyone heard anything? will be calling rain support in the morning for clarity.
